Arlington, Va., August 25, 2008 — Acquisition Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has signed an agreement with the University of Maryland School of Public Policy (MSPP) to enable students of MSPP to earn credits toward the Executive Master of Public Management program by completing Acquisition Solutions' Master's Certificate in Performance-Based Acquisition.

The Master's Certificate curriculum will give MSPP students the knowledge, tools and processes they need to successfully plan, negotiate and manage outcome-oriented acquisitions to better perform the missions of government.

MSPP students will now have access to a wide variety of courses that will teach the unique knowledge and skills necessary to function as strategic business advisors and to transform acquisition processes. The curriculum includes key courses from Acquisition Solutions, including: Seven Steps to Performance-Based Acquisition™, The Six Disciplines of Performance-Based Project Management™ and The Essential Elements of Earned Value Management™.
