When The American Recovery Act of 2009 was signed by President Obama on February 17, 2009, Acquisition Solutions immediately researched how acquisition and program offices would be affected throughout Federal Government. The Act provides $787B in tax credits and targeted investments; of which, a significant portion will enter the economy through contract expenditures, loan guarantees, and financial assistance such as grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions.
