Gregory (Greg) Dunn brings more than 16 years of experience in public and corporate accounting to the financial leadership of Acquisition Solutions. He is a hands-on manager with expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial system implementations. He is also a team-oriented, decisive leader with domestic and international experience in operations, strategic planning, and profit improvement for start-up, growth, and turnaround companies.

Greg has specialized expertise in P&L management; mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; budget development and management; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; and mentoring and coaching. These skills served him well as he held positions of increasing responsibility over the last 10 years at Time Life Inc. (a Time Warner subsidiary), culminating in his role as Vice President and Controller. Under his leadership, worldwide financial policies, controls, and reporting were implemented and monitored; numerous domestic and international acquisitions and divestures were thoroughly researched and evaluated; a major General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchase Order system was successfully implemented across multiple legal entities; and bottom-line savings were achieved through business process improvements.

Greg's previous experience as Controller for Eurasia Foundation likewise proved his skills in establishing internal controls and accounting policies and in implementing key corporate infrastructure elements, such as a cost accounting system and company-wide budgeting model and standardized monthly financial reporting process. He also coordinated the activities of the external independent audit and DCAA reviews of indirect and G&A cost rates and implemented the financial and operational internal audit process for international offices. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
