Arlington, Va., April 15, 2008—- Acquisition Solutions, Inc. announced today that the American Council on Education's College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and recommended upper-level undergraduate credit for all 10 of its Training Institute courses, as well as graduate-level credits for completion of Acquisition Solutions' Master's Certificate Program in Performance-Based Acquisition.

The American Council on Education is the major coordinating body for all the nation's higher education institutions. It seeks to provide leadership and a unifying voice on key higher education issues and to influence public policy through advocacy, research and program initiatives.

ACE CREDIT connects workplace learning with colleges and universities by helping adults gain access to academic credit for formal courses and examinations taken in the workplace or other settings outside traditional higher education. Credit recommendations provide a foundation for colleges and universities to accept completion of the coursework to count toward requirements for degree programs.

The Council on Education evaluated the Acquisition Solutions courses in 10 areas, including content, learning outcomes, level of difficulty, quality of instructional materials and evaluation methods. The courses equip students with the knowledge and skills to leverage acquisition to deliver mission success for public sector organizations.

Completing any two courses for a total of 40 hours of instruction through the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute also will render students eligible for three upper-division baccalaureate degree college credits.
