Broadens 'Trusted Advisor' Platform to Expand into CIO Advisory, Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation

ARLINGTON, Va., January 12, 2010 — Acquisition Solutions, Inc. (ASI), a company that serves only the federal government in the "trusted advisor" space, today announced the purchase of substantially all of the assets of ICOR Partners, LLC. ICOR is a leading provider of strategy, transformation and business improvement consulting to government. With the transaction, ASI has formed a new business unit specializing in management solutions.

Founded in 2002, the firm largely supports government civilian sector clients.

In 2008, Excellere Partners, a private equity firm based in Denver, Colo., partnered with Acquisition Solutions to grow the firm into a platform company in the government's "trusted advisor" market space, providing a suite of value-added solutions to the federal government. This transaction is the first acquisition for the platform.

Under the terms of the deal, ASI has purchased all of the non-8(a) assets of ICOR Partners. The transaction, effective immediately, closed on Jan. 8, 2010.
